error when the plugin init

i got the error when i try to init the plugin
the error :
Uncaught TypeError: undefined is not a function jquery.jspanel-1.11.0.js:935

the source code :
$(this).first().uniqueId()

& i found that uniqueId() is not support for chrome or firefox ,
how can i fix this problem?~

i've solved this problem after i import the jquery ui library ..^_^
