Add WIP worksheet to Throughput and cycle time calculator

• Add an extra tab worksheet called WIP
• For each day from lowest to highest, calculate the WIP on that day
• Create a WIP line chart per day
• Create a WIP line chart per week (min, avg, max)
• Create a WIP per day histogram chart
• Can we add the scatter plot to the WIP per week chart?

Added WIP line chart with min,avg,max and trend per week. Also added a CFD and net flow per week chart. Haven't added a histogram chart for WIP yet. I'll close this issue. I'll re-assess the WIP histogram by day and scatter if requested in the future.
