Overlay the estimated Weibull distribution on the cycle time histogram chart

The estimated distribution chart is currently on the Weibull page. Either move it to the charts page, or IDEALLY add as a second axis to the current cycle time histogram.

Proved hard because the axis are different numbers. Added the P-P match chart with parameters. An ok compromise.
