Making Basic Statistics Workbook Indirect

Copying and pasting data into the basic statistics worksheet often corrupted the formulas.

Add a couple of features:

1. Make the data indirect to avoid formula corruption
2. Add the ability to exclude or replace data in a few good ways (mode, average, zero, etc.)
