The data page for the throughput and cycle time calculator allow Defect or Story to be specified. How should this be used -

  1. Throughput for planned and un-planned work
  2. The % rate of unplanned work to planned work
  3. Cycle time for planned and unplanned work
  4. Scatter-plot icons for planned and unplanned
  5. WIP for planned and unplanned work

Added 1 & 2 to the 5,000 limit version. Needs testing.
