IFNA Function not supported on pre Excel 2013

We should use IFERROR unless we absolutely require the IFNA functionality to support more versions of Excel, and Google Sheets.

Changed to use ISERROR. Don't foresee any side effects that mean any other error would be applicable to show in the chart. N/A or Error, we dont want to show that row!
