Feature Request: libadwaita support

I changed the colors of libadwaita with gradience and it would looks really good if steam would also follow those colors!
Edit: if what i'm saying is really dumb thats possible, I don't really know how any of this works :)
No dumb here, friend.
Since Steam isn't actually using libadwaita, it's only being made to look like it, it can't actually pull adwaita colors by itself.
The older parts of steam use Valve's custom VGUI framework, while newer parts use embbedded Chromium. Annoyingly this means the colors for this skin are defined in two different places and formats (here and here). You'd have to edit both files to get something consistently themed going.
Gradience did plan to make a plugin to edit these files for you, but it doesn't seem like much has happened on that front. Possible that I could look into getting some degree of theme support landed, but I'd think it better to do that in the theme's upstream rather than specifically in the GUI installer.
