Refactor: handle.tsx and ListingOverview

1. Refactor [handle.tsx]:

PROBLEM: atm we are iterating over all properties every time we are searching one specific property.

SOLUTION: create a function that is looking for the exact property without iterating over all the data.

2. Refactor ListingOverview:
The following is still not working properly:
- Sidebar styling not how it should be
- Rules isn't working properly
- Availability
