Quest Updates text field

Just floating the idea, but I'd like to see a "Quest Updates" text field.

That way if there is progress to be charted against the Quest, incidental info picked or a completion of a quest objective noted with additional info, it can be done without needing to modify the description and make it hard to parse the initial quest description.

This field could be player edited, so they wouldn't need to mess with the main details to track progress or updates
