Find a better name

distirc is perhaps not the best name for this project. The "distributed" part makes one think of other distributed software like git, whereas distirc is distributed in a different way.

One option would be to call it "ChatCore" -- the name of a similar project I attempted earlier in Haskell.

Another option, suggested by kori on IRC, is "district," which sounds cooler than distirc, but still has the same problem with the "distributed" part of the name.

It would be nice to have some feedback from other people on this :P
