Add javadocs on public classes

Also make classes private/package protected if they do not need to be exposed. Consider extensions that we have made in fortnox project though, so we don't lock down that.

I left the configuration of checkstyle rules for javadocs commented out, so whoever does this can turn those back on when we have docs ready :)
