mod doesnt work for quilt loader 0.21.0

Gives this error:
The game crashed whilst initializing game
Error: java.lang.RuntimeException: Could not execute entrypoint stage 'client' due to errors, provided by 'enhancedblockentities'!
Mod version 0.9
Game version 1.19.4
I am having a similar error with Quilt 0.21.0 on 1.19.4.

I think the problem is caused by the quilted fabric api, because the "continuity" mod has a similar problem. They both show the same error message.
That version doesnt have Model Loading API v1
It is supposed to be a quilt problem because in the changelog it says that it does have it.

ditto - Have had this issue with the mods continuity and EMI today
This is not something EBE can fix, QSL needs to implement the necessary classes
