Describe the bug

laptop does not wake from sleep, power button pulses white, keyboard iluminated, display blank, power button press does nothing, clicking trackpad or keyboard also does nothing

Steps To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. have the laptop awake and working
2. close the lid
3. open the lid
4. press power button or keyboard or mouse
5. does not wake
6. have to press and hold the power button to hard shutdown
