Unable to update Intel 13th Gen to 3.09 with LVFS

Describe the bug
I'm unable to update the BIOS to 3.09 via LVMS. I followed the instructions here :
» fwupdmgr refresh --force

Steps To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
fwupdmgr refresh --forcefwupdmgr get-updatesfwupdmgr update- Check BIOS version with
dmidecode - See the previous version 3.08 is still there, not 3.09
Expected behavior
I expect the 3.09 version of the BIOS to be installed.

Same problem here.

LVFS moved it back to testing due to some internal issues, I moved it back to stable.
Please check again in an hour after the LVFS index has refreshed.
