Improve B1 Display

• Reduce flicker
• Drawing API leaves the framework logo in the background (Might be issue in driver or image retention)
• Try HPM (High Power Mode) and see if we can make that work well
• Create more themes for turing app
• Sleep/Power savings
  • Implement sleep transitions of display controller
  • Turn display off when in sleep (Does that save power? => Not much)
  • Do we want auto shutdown by ST7306? If yes, how do we power it back on?
• API Improvements
  • Investigate JBIG Format
  • Investigate FCI Format
  • Partial drawing

No B1 display in the works right now, we weren't happy with the prototype. Might revisit in the future.
