Addition of tooltips or infotips

Add a small "hover box" with information about the item being hovered over to all tabs, where instructions or info would be beneficial to the user.
Example in Markers and Patients tab, arrow up, arrow down and reset box.
Add tooltips for each gene in Markers and Patients when you hover over it on the plot. Currently, it only shows the gene in the upper left corner.
