Can you get 6, 7 or 8 on anything without spending the right amount of Crystals?

Expansion on #7 - 6 should cost 2, 7 should cost 3 and 8 should cost 3, in every single stat, always.

I'd like a warning if that's not the case for any reason when the tree is processed.
