Only voices of one language are detected

Hi @Fredmf,
Awesome project, I needed it for years, but never had the idea of searching for it. Thank you for building it.
I just cloned it, and run it (only had to fix two minor errors that prevented the build).
But it only shows me 3 voices in french.
It does not show the other voices in other languages:
And switching manually to a voice in english, and hitting Refresh has no effect (nor relaunching the menu item).
I hope the fix is possible.
Running on El Capitan 10.11.1

I don't have a Speech tab under Accessibility (I'm running El Capitan 10.11.1 ??)
Under Dictation & Speech, I only had an English voice for the Dictation.
Just added french, and I still have only the 3 french flags in the polyglot menu bar item menu.

Im getting somehow same error on Sierra (I installed from the dmg file). App will only load my English installed voices but not other language's voices I also have installed. Any ideas? BTW, Awesome app. Cant believe this is not part of the OS!
