The Japanese TV(DTV,BS,CS) channels in this playlist (the domain part of the URL is "cdns.jp-primehome.com") are from a distribution server (the distribution server is overseas, perhaps in Southeast Asia or the US?) of a company that distributes to Japanese people living overseas on a paid membership basis. Until recently, if you obtained the URL information in the playlist, outsiders who had not paid the membership fee could access and watch for free. Someone who knew this had made a playlist in the past. primehome was very good because it had a large number of distribution channels and stable connections, but a while ago, Japanese YouTubers with many channel subscribers all made this secret viewing method public in their own videos, so many YouTube viewers living in Japan who did not know the background story well began accessing primehome from within Japan, and the distributors, sensing something was wrong with the sudden increase in access, took measures to deny access to people who had not paid the membership fee. Therefore, I don't think you will be able to watch the TV channels distributed from primehome's server anymore. Most of the apps uploaded to app stores that claim to let you watch TV from your smartphone access the primehome server to watch TV, so I think that all of those apps are now dead.
That's a shame. I also contacted the creator of digilogtv for Free-TV, a similar service, but no response. In Japan, there is a standard called 1seg in addition to terrestrial digital, so I'm thinking of switching to that. Sorry for the late reply due to personal circumstances.
