Blank "audit ballot" form when auditing two contests

I'm auditing contests 1002 and 1009 in the clear creek data, and when it presents me with an Audit ballot form, the form is blank.

By the way, the right candidate shares for 1009 are as shown:

@nealmcb, I'm actually failing to repro this using the same data. I thought it might be a (confusing) consequence of e.g. forgetting to enter the candidate shares for contest 1002, but even doing that, the dialog in question looks fine, and the failure manifests differently. I'm closing this out for now, but please reopen if you run into it again/find a way to repro it!
