jitDebugging value set in the system.windows.forms section.
The application must also be compiled with debugging
enabled.

something like this:
Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Control Panel\Accessibility\Keyboard Response (you can paste the address in the upper field)
Set the following values:
AutoRepeatDelay = 500 (I prefer 300 for meth mode)
AutoRepeatRate = 50 (I also prefer 20 for ultra meth mode)
BounceTime = 35 (This is in ms. I find 35 is fine, but you can reduce if further if needed)

If that works for you, then, yeah go for it. That's cool that that exists in windows accessibility features, ngl I genuinely didn't know that existed. But yeah that'd be a global debounce, not a per-key one, so a bit more limited, but it might work for your needs.
