Disable splash affect and control animation duration

Would be great to have an option where the button splash affect can be disabled. Another good feature would be to control the duration of the select animation on the button. Is there a workaround?

Now i working to implement WidgetBuilder buttonBuilder.
This will help you to create custom buttons inside the widget
