Setup Multiple Variant Lookup API Request

Set up a new api request that for input is an array of strings that represent variants accession ID and the return is a list of maps representing the data of each variant. Essentially a multi variant lookup. Kind of need it for saved variants section or else we have to make x single requests for x saved variants which is absolutely heinous.
