Modify Google Maps Zoom Timing

Currently the zoom change only happens when a loaction-specific card is dragged and when a country is lookup up on the select country button.

• Add behavior for zooming when a location-specific card is clicked on.
• Add behavior when a preexisted card is rehighlighted
  • ex. I look up Cuba, it should zoom to cuba, then when i click the north America hyperlink inside of it, it zooms into north America, and when i click on Cuba hyperlink from the north America card it should zoom into Cuba again
• any zooming cases i forgot about that doesn't currently zoom

this might actually literally boil down to one conditional on build for a card that checks if its the last card on the stack. If so and a location card, zoom into location
