From logcat - looks like app use fcm 23.1.2

Any other apps like uber, uber eats etc works.
Last version of app working 3.12.0. Next one (3.13.1) same error as in screenshot.

Don't know android programming specs, but i think i find some clue:

Done "unregister" in cloud messaging. Opened app again and now it works.
