Certain GTA games are displayed as owned twice on Steam.

Some of the old GTA games have 2 entries from Steam.
And for each game, one of these entries cannot be installed.
To be more specific, the titles that have this issue are GTA III, GTA Vice City and GTA San Andreas.
I do not own these games through other launchers.
Another user reported having the same issue.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Log in with a Steam, account that has one of these titles purchased
2. Wait for the GOG library to be populated.
3. Access the game's page and select the launcher indicator on the top;
4. Notice that the game is displayed twice even though only one copy is owned.

Expected behavior
Only one game entry should be displayed, and the install button should be clickable.
