Wrong time for achievements earned

Describe the bug
Galaxy is not tracking the time properly for when an achievement on steam was earned, putting it at least 8 hours from actual time. For Example an achievement earned one hour ago instead says nine hours ago.

Earn an achievement on steam

Expected behavior
Achievement earned time to say the actual time difference
