Steam achievements do not sync (always 0%)

I have the same problem as in #56.

• Clean install of GOG GALAXY 2.0.62 (clear appData, clear programdata, clear program files)
• Clean install steam plugin 1.0.2 (with fixed backend_steam_network.py) and login with an account
• See that all game times are properly loaded, but achievements remain 0%
