Is teleirc maintained? Should the repository point to matterbridge instead and be archived?

I think there hasn't been activity on the issue tracker or outside of IRC in ages and the relaybot for #teleirc has been down for a long time too.

I think matterbridge would currently be the most active replacement which also seems maintained.
