It needs two things:

  1. The steepers from Vuetify
    a. step 1 -> name and phone number
    b. step 2 -> Main title and the feedback then complete/finish
  2. It also requires firebase and listing all the feedbacks

The steppers have been insterted but not complete yet.
with the firebase we are going to need more time
