Take out the search-bar at the read page to the toolbar

You may use a boolean variable inside the state inwhich the read(or root components) can acceses using a computed function.

This way it will know if the toolbar has to display the search-field or other stuff which is common to the rest of the APP

I have managed to manipulate the toolbar based on the store data but there is no need for putting a search field inside the toolbar because i have put it inside the footer
