In Scrutor.dll version 2.0.0.0 publicKeyToken = 'null', if use this version all ok, but!
In updated version of Scrutor.dll publicKeyToken isn't 'null'
In summary: I can't use your solution and updated Scrutor.dll together. I think it simply can be fixed by updating ref in your solution. Thanks!
