serenity new command to template a brand new Serenity/Storyteller2 project

Probably uses the ST2 template as a baseline.

Build a system based on FubuMvcSystem.

Maybe 2 options, one for externally hosted testing and one for Katana hosting.

Make an all new command:

fubu serenity [original project] external/katana --name [name] --system [system]
