Showing "Install" sometimes when first clicking on "Ethereum Wallets"

sometimes it shows the "Install" screen which is wrong because Wallet Connect have plenty of options. refreshing the screen fixes it.
This issue aims to:
- never show the "Install" screen for Wallet Connect
- investigate if the "Install" screen can show incorrectly for other wallets as well (for example Fuel Wallet)
