Add e2e-tests for custom fees (Send Screen)

When launched the testnet we added the feature of having "custom fees" in the "Send Screen". It consists on choosing between fees "regular" / "fast" / "custom"
This issue aims to add e2e-tests to the current flow to also validate this behavior, that is currently uncovered
