previously we had a popup for doing the faucet inside of the wallet, but we removed it because of security issues pointed by chrome store in our wallet extension
the e2e tests were made to work with the popup and we took them out.
this issue aims to re-enable the faucet test in homeWallet.test.ts, but now it needs to interact with the external tab that opens to do the faucet
