DOC: differentiate Official and Development wallet docs

In the official doc

Remove the section "Install from source code". Replace it with a link to the Development(next-wallet) version of the wallet

In the development doc

Change the title from "The Official" to "The Development Version of"
Change button from "Install Fuel Wallet" to "Install Fuel Wallet Development"

By fixing this issue we automatically fix the bug where: Fuel Wallet doc is sending the user to the Fuel Wallet Development zip file link. when the version btw the Fuel Wallet / Fuel Wallet Development is different, the link to the zip file gets broken on official doc
