Web UI coming back with internal server error

Trying to access the web UI anything past logging in returns with a
Internal Server Error The server encountered an unexpected internal server error (generated by waitress)
response unless you know the page link to direct you to the specific page, but then trying to navigate through to other pages brings the ISE response back

This was caused by CAPI journal changes in Update 11. The problem has been bypassed for now, pending a more concrete update to handle the new finances and taxation levels. (Hotfix fef599c )
