Acceptance Criteria

• A new UI element exists on the dispatch board that gives options for filtering the rescue list.
• The menu that controls filters should have the following filtering options
  • Platform (PC, XB, PS)
  • CR State
  • Rescue state (active, inactive)
  • un/assigned state
  • assigned to current user
