Add a Language to rescues as well, this will also help #94

since the announcescript (ratmama) parses the language, i should be able to make the bot track and use it on the automatically firing commands. (( this will ignore the rat language part. ))

As of 6edf855 this had been closed for a while. (language is being tracked in data['langID'])
