[Feature request]: mqtt broker configuration options

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe
For the moment the add-on is subscribing for ps-mqtt/* broker. MQTT integration doesn't permit to have wildcard discovery topics. Having multiple topics, I'm not able to integrate in home assistant mqtt all I need.
I'm using some zigbee devices which are writing data in zigbee2mqtt topic and now this plugin is writing data in ps-mqtt. I'm not able to listen to both of them and have all the devices in home assistant.

I would like to have the mqtt topic configurable. Something like this:
host: 192.168.x.x
port: "1883"
topic: zigbee2mqtt

Make broker topic prefix configurable.
