Can not reopen persistent private channels

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open a private channel.
2. Right click it in the buddy list, and select Persistent.
3. Close the private channel's window.
4. Attempt to open the private channel again, either via the buddy list or room
list.
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The window for the private chat should reopen, but nothing happens.
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
libflist 0.2.6.0, Pidgin 2.10.3, on Windows 7 64-bit.
Please provide any additional information below.
Since this only happens when my character has joined a channel, but I can not
leave it unless the window can be brought back up (AFAIK), this effectively
blocks you from seeing and interacting with the channel again. This effect
seems to persist even if you disable and re-enable the account. The only way I
have figured out to work around this bug is to exit and restart Pidgin, then be
sure not to make these private channel windows persistent again.

I can reproduce and confirm the problem exactly as described. The problem only
occurs for private channels. I'll look into it.
