Hello, I didn't find either changelog or release tags with descriptions of what is changed. It might be I missed it, could you please share where I can get the change log?

Nope, you are right, the changelog is missing. I need to add it. In the meantime the only way to know what has been introduced when are commits. If you want to know something specific, I might be able to tell you from memory.
