Allow external status-modules to be added to the CIMonitor

What
The status modules shouldn't be limited to what we provide, everyone should be able to create/add their own status module to the CIMonitor, without having to push code to the CIMonitor/CIMonitor repository.
Most likely this should be done using npm modules.
