awake and done sounds not working

everything works perfectly, but the only missing thing for me is the playback of "awake.wav" and "done.wav"... so there`s no feedback for the User to know, wether the wakeword was recognized or not (only in HA it´s showing assist active).
Am i missing something here?

check that you have set the correct path to the files.
you can easily test via executing the scripts manually while playing music.
