ISSUE: Entities not loading properly after new install

Describe the bug
After a new install and first setup with a single lock this is the way that my UI shows up.
Environment (please complete the following information):
- OS: HassOS
- Type of system that HA is running on: VM on Unraid
- Home Assistant version: 2023.8.4
- Hassio/Docker/Core: 10.5
- Z-Wave integration name: zwave_js with wave_js UI
- Lock make and model: Schlage BE469
