Displacement field defined in .gmr file

At the first moment, this feature was intended to set sinusoidal shapes for lines → used for parametric excitation simulations (see the parametric excitation repo for examples).

The first option Defining sine parameters to lateral motion is, actually more like 'SineWave' displacement input:

For now, I think that make no sense to implement such thing... the specific sine-like case is used only for parametric excitation for vertical beam (see this repository for motivating example)
