Update rbenv/ruby-build and install 2.2.0 as default ruby

Note that we've been experiencing compile errors using ruby-build to install 2.2.0 due to a dependency on libffi-dev (which is not installed by default). We should make sure that this package is installed on the base box (perhaps by updating G5/g5-rbenv. See the ruby-build wiki for more details on environment-specific build dependencies.
