Virtual City System can create something like this from OpenDrive files.
Link to GeoJSON (needed as input) can be in metadata (example needs to come from data providers)
Visualization is OpenSource (https://github.com/virtualcitySYSTEMS). Can be integrated into React App.

Try out this Viewer and try to integrate it for HDMaps into our portal solution (where the map picture currently is).
