Suggestion: Add hyperlink for QR code on every major topic

For example in GO PDF, if we scan the QR Code shown in the above screenshot we move to https://gatecse.in/combinatory/ . It would be great if there is a hyperlink for the above QR Code so we can move to concerned website easily in desktops/mobiles without scanning the QR Code.

So my suggestion is to add hyperlinks for all the major topics which are total 11 in the Volume 1 PDF.

The Topic heading has the required hyperlink right?

If we scan QR Code Hyperlink is https://gatecse.in/combinatory/

Same thing happens to all topics available on Volume 1 PDF.
